Having a growth mindset is an essential aspect of growing individual and collective abilities to drive and sustain equitable change.
I believe that I can, and must, continually improve my ability to support, advance, and inspire change that will enhance diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. To that end, I am a veracious learner, I practice self-reflection, I seek feedback and I encourage others to do the same. I regularly engage in learning opportunities that are centered in equity work.
